Over the past few days, I have been reminded time and time again of how lucky I am to have friends in my life. Somehow, I got to chat with many special people in these last two days. How cool is that.
- An encouraging email and note from Katie. Thank you for being the ray of hope in my day, K.

- A super yummy
dinner and
Vons run with
Jessi. Thanks for being so easy to be with and talk to, Jess. And thanks for having similar food tastes as me. :)

- An amazing time of fellowship with the
bible study girls. I am encouraged and challenged by you all each week, and I love it. And you all.
(pictures coming soon-when I take some)- A lunchtime chat with Brie. You inspire me with your dreams, B.

- Dinner at the bakery with my once-roomie A. I love you with all my heart, friend.

- A random encounter with a past
professor and friend. So good to see you Kathleen.

- And a funny text message from my
little sister. I love how we read each other's minds, Bean.

Friendship is so good for the soul. It warms my heart like a cup of tea on a cold day. I love that friendships grow and become stronger through life seasons. And I love that new friendships begin and blossom like a flower.
(or whatever blossoms). As a
communication major in my
past life, I have a fascination and love for interpersonal communication. Interpersonal relationships. AKA friendship. One on ones. Small gatherings. They are the best. People are happier who have meaningful relationships in life. And girls need girl friends. I feel such joy that I have a few of these girls in my life.
"Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel." Proverbs 27:9
