Bits about Me

~ ~ 10 random things you may or may not know about me ~ ~

1. To me, a cup of coffee = a small amount of coffee + 1/4 cup or more of french vanilla creamer (or whatever new flavor is out there - cinnamon is delish) + heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream (or lite cool whip). mmmmm.
2. I love to change things and I love color. We're on our third comforter since getting married three years ago [1st: white and teal, 2nd: orange flowers, 3rd: brown and green] ... we have eight different colors on the walls in our home ... and I wish I could change them monthly.

3. I could wear jeans (as long as they are long enough and not skinny at the bottom) and a solid color t-shirt (varying the colors) and flip flops every day for the rest of my life and be completely content with that.

4. I really really really like ice cream. And by ice cream, I mean shakes, frozen yogurt, soft serve ice cream, frappuccinos, baskin robbins, cold stone, dairy queen...... I mean, anything of the creamy cold frozen dairy variety. I have at least one form of this daily.

5. I will never buy the same kind of body wash or shampoo twice in a row. How could I when there are so many wonderful choices with various smells and looks and feels?

6. I have a to-do list with at least 30 things on it in my head at any given moment.

7. I simply adore my sister. And my dogs. I believe life is better with at least one of each.

8. I love paper crafts. I wish I was more creative and I am often intimidated by those that are. But I really enjoy scrapbooking, card-making, sign-making and the works. In my dream, I sit at home and make these things all day long. [and eat coffee shakes].

9. I am grossed out by almost nothing and sincerely enjoy discussing medical issues and such over dinner. I don't understand why this bothers some people. My children will have very strong stomachs :). Things that do freak me out: the fact that eyes are spheres, ear drums, snakes, rats and cockroaches.

10. I love cold weather. Snow, rain, clouds, wind... bring it on. One day I want to live in a place that has four real seasons. [and yes, I am fully aware that San Diego is a dreamland of weather, and "why would I ever want to move?!?!" I'm crazy... this I know].
